This high density, semi-automated or full automatic radio shuttle racking system makes it easier to load and unload goods thanks to an electric cart called Radio Shuttle.
The Rail Guided Vehicles Compact Rack System (RGVCRS) achieves the semi-automatically compact pallet storage, by this combination with the channel racks and rail guided vehicles. According to the locations of in or out entrances, the RGV could be sorted two kind of model, first in first out (FIFO) and last in first out (LIFO).
The forklift sets the load atop the Radio Shuttle which then moves along the track to deposit the load in the correct location of radio shuttle racking.
The shuttle carrier system and guide rail are arranged in both sides of radio shuttle racking system. Loading section and unloading section are equipped with elevating and conveyer system.
